Love Never Fails

Tomorrow I'm starting a study on love: a topic I've been wanting to learn more about and be able to apply to my own life. As I learn more about God and His love for me and all the world, I can't help but love those around me. One thing I need to keep working on is to have no respect of persons. We're all the same in God's eyes. We all have faults and imperfections. How dare I judge others when I deserve damnation myself? God is a God of love and impartiality. I pray that God would help me to have unconditional love...
I love the lyrics of the song "Love Never Fails" by Brandon Heath:

Love is not proud
Love does not boast
Love after all
Matters the most

Love does not run
Love does not hide
Love does not keep
Locked inside

Love is the river that flows through
Love never fails you

Love will sustain
Love will provide
Love will not cease
At the end of time

Love will protect
Love always hopes
Love still believes
When you don’t

Love is the arms that are holding you
Love never fails you

When my heart won’t make a sound
When I can’t turn back around
When the sky is falling down
Nothing is greater than this
Greater than this

Love is right here
Love is alive
Love is the way
The truth the life

Love is the river than flows through
Love is the arms that are holding you
Love is the place you will fly to
Love never fails you

Lifting Up Praise...

My heart overflows with a pleasing theme;
I address my verses to the king;
my tongue is like the pen of a ready scribe.

                                           ps. 45:1

God rebuked me with this verse. Is my tongue like the pen of a ready scribe? Do praise and thanks to my God readily flow from my lips?
"Great is the Lord, and greatly to be praised."
Everything I am. Everything I have. Everything that was. Everything that will be. Everything... is God's and is because of God. Why do I not "praise Him at all times"?

"Let everything that hath breath praise the Lord."
